Since moving to the upstate four years ago I am “living the dream” writing and teaching students at Tri-County Technical College and Clemson Bridge folks. It is as if my life has come full circle, as my husband and I married in Greenville several years ago, before heading to Charlotte, NC. Now we have returned “home” with tour two adult sons, their wives and five grandchildren, as well as several extended family members. I have previous experience writing for the Charlotte Observer, as well as twenty-five years of post secondary education teaching and college administration. It is a gift to simply teach and embrace writing, which is why interesting stories, experiences and people provide the perfect backdrop for sharing.
