If you happened to pass by Jazzercise at Westlake Commons March 30th, you would have saw a packed house; not exercising their bodies, but their generosity by supporting the Greater Miss Franklin County Scholarship Program!  Area businesses and individuals donated items to be used for a silent auction to benefit the scholarship pageant program.

Chinah Helmandollar, reigning Miss Greater Franklin County,  is a junior at James Madison University and was on hand to represent the scholarship program.  In June, Chinah will be representing Franklin County in the annual Miss Virginia Pageant.  Refreshments, music and good company resulted in a donation of approximately $1200 earned for the scholarship program.

If you would like more information or would like to make a contribution to the Miss Greater Franklin County Scholarship Program you can contact J.T. Foley at   jtfoley9@localnet.com.
